I created Kitchen Healing as a place to share the things that naturally fill my days. The meals I make at home, the ingredients I search out at the market, the small projects that bring beauty to my home, and the places I return to each week.

I trained as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner where I studied traditional foods and time-tested approaches to cooking nourishing meals. That education continues to inform the way I shop, cook, and think about food.

For several years I ran a holistic health coaching practice, working one-on-one with clients supporting them in implementing healthy diet and lifestyle changes. That experience deepened my understanding of how food, environment, and daily habits influence the way people feel.

Kitchen Healing is in its new chapter. Here I share the way I live, cook, and spend my time.
